1. No refunds after payment confirmation

All payments are final once confirmed. No refunds will be given after confirming your payment, except under solemn circumstances determined solely by NxtGenSec — this event is heavily planned and invested in, and every confirmed seat is committed infrastructure, challenges, prizes and staffing.

2. Cancellation by the organiser

If NxtGenSec cancels the event, all paid teams receive a full refund within 7–10 business days.

3. Disqualification

Teams disqualified for rule violations (cheating, attacking infrastructure, flag sharing) are not eligible for refunds.

4. How to request

Email ctf@nxtgensec.org with your team name, registered email, and payment reference ID. Approved refunds go only to the original payment method.
